Here you can find some practical and essential information about Morocco, Africa.

Firstly, Don't forget you passport and check its validity! Visitors from some countries require no more than an ID card, whereas other nationals need a visa. Check your local Moroccan Consulate before you leave. Normally a "tourist" visit is limited to three months.

If you want to bring a pet into Morocco, you need to get a health certificate that is less than ten days old. You'll also need an anti rabies certificate less than 6 months old.

You can temporarily bring most of your personal effects in without any formalities, but just as long as they are according to "normal tourist activity". For example: one tent and camping equipment, two pairs of skis, one camcorder, one camera and a Walkman etc...

Alcohol and tobacco - You can take 1 bottle of wine and 1 bottle of spirits or 3 bottles of wine per adult along with 200 cigarettes or 50 cigars or 250g of tobacco per adult.

All arms and ammunition for hunting are prohibited.
