Wearing a bikini isn't a problem, but going topless is completely out of the question.

Many young Moroccan women wear bikinis on the seaside, but they still sometimes gets disapproving looks, mostly from the older women. This is gradually changing as the country becomes more "westernized".
Whatever you do, have the courtesy to dress appropriately as soon as you leave the beach according to the local customs.
