Typhoid, Hepatitis A and Polio immunizations are generally recommended (just to be on the safe side). These are just guidelines. Consult your doctor before you go on your trip to Morocco, Africa...

Watch out for the water. Certainly, don't drink the tap water and stay away from ice in drinks. Drink bottled water.
Dehydration and sunburn can be a major factor - easily avoided by drinking lots of (bottled) water and using high factor sun creams. Also, regarding visas, make sure to check with your consulate before you go to see what you will need to enter the country.
