Morocco is fantastically diverse - a true land of extremes. Surrounded by two different oceans it has everything in between; sand, snow, mountains, beaches, and deserts - this is the stuff Club Med developers can only dream about.

In the south, the coastline stretches all the way to the edge of the Western Sahara Desert. In the north, there's the spectacular (often snow-capped) Atlas Mountains where the bulk of the population live in the foothills.

Go east and you in bandit country! Morocco's notorious neighbour - Algeria.

Inland, between the mountains and the coast there's fresh green plains and fertile plateaus.

In the very south, beside the Atlas Mountains, massive gorges flow down from their bases and gradually dissolve into the endless desert wastes of the Sahara.
